Share science, not silence

We champion

March for Science Albuquerque (MFS ABQ) is community-built and community-driven. We are a diverse and inclusive group of scientists, educators, science supporters, students, and concerned citizens committed to working together to strengthen our communities.

We are currently in the midst of organizing local campaigns and events for 2018 — in collaboration with partners, allies, and the national March for Science network. If we want to keep doing and seeing good work, we need to POWER UP with volunteers and strengthen our network of people ready to take action for science and democracy. Join the network today!

Our Mission

March for Science champions robustly funded and publicly communicated science as a pillar of human freedom and prosperity. We unite as a diverse, nonpartisan group to call for science that upholds the common good and for political leaders and policy makers to enact evidence-based policies in the public interest.

MFS Albuquerque is community-built and community-driven.

We are passion project volunteers donating time away from professional and personal projects to bolster science advocacy in NM. Please consider pitching in the amount of a cup of a coffee to help support your local dedicated team of science advocates! All donations are made via our fiscal sponsor, the Albuquerque Community Foundation, and are tax-deductible. Thank you for your support!
